I was a bit hesitant at first given they’re based in the North East and we are in the Midlands but everything went smoothly! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Even better that they’re regular guys who know about cars and not just salesmen!

How lucky was I to discover Wheelchair Vehicles Northeast LTD just 2 minutes down the road. All their vehicles seem to be ex Motability, in very good condition with low miles and prepped to the highest standards possible by a dedicated team who enjoy their work and are only happy if their customers are. I am. To top it all Grant lives not far away in the same village, very handy for arranging MOT,s servicing and etc

As we live over a 100 miles away from the dealership I was a little nervy about purchasing a vehicle without physically seeing it. Grant gave us a video call and showed us all around the vehicle answering all our queries and even going back over points I wasn’t quite sure about.
He arranged delivery for us at a reasonable price and timing was spot on. After having paid a deposit I paid the balance on delivery when I was happy the vehicle was as I expected.
I purchased a Ford Connect and to date I haven’t had any problems with it. On delivery it was very clean inside and outside.
I would certainly recommend this dealership and am very happy with our vehicle.

I bought my WAV from this company recently and I am delighted with the vehicle which is extremely smart and low mileage with one owner - as are most of the WAVS from this company. The customer service experience was amazing and Grant and Rob went way above what I have experienced in the past while buying a car. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very friendly and put me at my ease immediately. I cannot recommend this company enough. I made an enquiry regarding a faulty seat belt and missing harnesses to secure a wheelchair. I received a prompt reply outlining the items I needed. These were then supplied and fitted the very next day. The staff were very friendly and informative, explaining how to correctly secure the wheelchair for transit.

We are delighted with the service we received from Grant , who was so knowledgable and approachable . No hard sell but genuine , transparent and honest deal based around what we wanted .The wheelchair accessible vehicle was MOT’d , serviced and valeted to perfection. The fact Grant and his staff are mechanics gives you even more confidence in the service , and when talking to them you are put at ease and reassured .
Small things ,like Grant taking us to the Post office to tax the vehicle underlines the personable approach of this business .
No questions were unanswered and we were fully informed of all details even future serving needs etc . We even received a call the day after we picked up the car to make sure we are satisfied with everything . We can’t recommend enough , 5 stars from us .
